Woven Ribbon Skull Cap - 1950s Ivory Vintage Headpiece

A rare 1950s woven ribbon skull-cap hat in soft ivory and one of my favourite pieces. Hand-looped from structured ribbon and designed to sit elegantly on the crown, this piece has a sculptural, almost architectural quality that makes it truly special.

Its scalloped, layered weaving shows exquisite craftsmanship, giving it a textured, almost crochet-like appearance while remaining lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for collectors, period styling, or adding an artistic touch to modern outfits.
