A beautifully preserved late 1960s–early 1970s women’s shirt featuring a romantic forest and pastoral landscape print in rich moss, olive, ochre and soft sky tones.

The painterly imagery reads like a wearable artwork, with scenic vignettes - trees, countryside and figures subtly revealed across the fabric rather than repeated as a uniform print.

The shirt appears unworn and unlaundered, retaining exceptional colour depth, fabric structure and crispness -  a rare level of preservation for a piece of this age. 

Note

A section of the left hand cuff button is missing as photographed. This does not prevent the button from being fastened and is only noticeable on close inspection. Price has been adjusted accordingly.
