1980s Metallic Stripe Victoriana Blouse

A sublime 1980s striped Victoriana blouse with puff sleeves, ruffle bib front and high frilled collar. Finished in mint, seafoam and silver-grey stripes with a subtle metallic thread woven through the fabric, giving it a nice edge without appearing overly ornate.
